Returning for a refund
We are happy to process refunds on all items purchased from us providing the return request has been made within 28 days upon receipt of the items. The item must be in as-new condition in the original packaging with any branding tags still in place. If you are returning a full order, we will refund the full cost of the order including the original postage charge. If you are returning part of an order, we will refund the cost of these items. To arrange a return, please email email@example.com with the original order number and detail of the items you would like to return. You will be required to arrange shipping of the items back to us at your own cost, this will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving the item back.
Returning for an exchange
We accept exchanges on all clothing items excluding headwear. To qualify for an exchange, you will need to make the exchange request within 28 days of receiving the item and the item needs to have all original tags attached and must be as-new condition.
If you would like to exchange an item of clothing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and what size you would like to swap to so we can process the request. You will need to arrange sending the item back to us at your own cost, however the cost of sending the new item will be covered by us. The new item will not be despatched until we have received back and inspected the original item.
Returning faulty items
If you receive a faulty item, please send an email to email@example.com to arrange a refund/exchange. Please enclose your order number and details relating to the faulty item. If possible, please also include photos of the item. Once your request has been processed you may be required to send the item back to us, and we will cover reasonable costs of the return.
